Battle Ship Engine for GameMaker Studio 2
A downloadable asset pack
ON SALE UNTIL APRIL THE 1ST
Hello! I present you my Battle Ship Engine!
Battle Ship Engine is an addon engine/game for GameMaker Studio 2 (GMS 1.X someday) which aims to recreate the classic board game, and then, expands upon it.
For this purpose, the engine works as a template, and the moment you compile it, you actually have a full game to begin with, complete with advanced ai, endstates, .ini saves, persistent scores, audio and more. Then, you can even go IN GAME and start changing things like the the width and height of the boards (independent from each other), the ammount and types of ships, log sizes, and more. And that's only in game
The engine/template has been coded to be completely flexible. It was also fully commented and organized to be legible!
Some of the features are:
- Basic Game ready to export (You can download the demo below)
- Extremely flexible code
- Dynamic AI system with life-like (sorta) behaviour
- Extensive and comprehensive use of scripting, listing and using 2d arrays
- Some weird stuff in the code that you may have never seen before!
- Fully commented code
- Complete support
You can download a demo (just a simple export) here!
If you like this, please review and follow me here!

Hello, I am interested in purchasing this game, but i have some questions first , does the package contains all the code, sprites ,rooms, objects, fonts, scripts?
And one more thing, do you have this in Game Maker DND ?
any more games in Game maker DND ?
Hello! Yes, the package is the full source code containing everything.
No, I don't have this in DnD, nor any package. I also strongly advise against DnD, even though the GMS2 version is way more refined, but that remains in every user. There are some great DnD games out there!

Oh nooooo!!!!! it's only for game maker studio 2!!!!
The code should actually be compatible with GMS1, since I haven't used any GMS2-specific functions, but given GMS 1.X discontinuation, I didn't know if somebody wanted it. I'll try to make a GMS1 compilation when I can.
I would buy the 1.4 version
excellent! I will buy it later
